If you’re looking at your life and how you can actually improve overall, you’d want the coach. It’s the way to go.
There is always something new and I have learned I can keep going when there’s a challenge. I like a challenge.
You have to have some motivation and determination. I learned that I have more of that than I thought I did.
Dave challenges me, and keeps things fresh/new in order to keep me engaged/motivated. I actually look forward to going to the gym.
